The Social Department provides professional services in various areas. The professional guardianship manages mandates in adult protection. To complement our team, we are looking for two proactive, motivated, and team-oriented social workers as of February 1, 2026, or by agreement, initially limited until December 31, 2026 (with the option of later permanent employment).

Your main tasks
- Managing mandates in adult protection
- Advising and supporting clients in social, health, legal, and financial issues
- Income and asset management
- Intervention in conflict and crisis situations
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with third parties
- Preparing accountability reports, statements, and applications for the Child and Adult Protection Authority
- Contributing to the further development of services
You bring
- a completed degree in social work (FH) with professional experience
- experience in managing guardianships in adult protection
- enjoyment in professional work with people in complex life situations and a respectful attitude towards vulnerable persons
- systemic thinking ability, high social competence, negotiation skills, as well as good oral and written expression
- legal and commercial knowledge, IT application skills (KLIB)
- reliable, independent, and goal-oriented working style, even under pressure
