About the job
The Brühlgut Foundation supports and promotes people with disabilities and offers them 134 residential places, 319 work and employment places, as well as around 40 training places in Winterthur. It operates an occupational and physiotherapy practice for people from infancy to adulthood, as well as three integrative daycare centers.
Trainee Internship with Subsequent Training as Childcare Specialist EFZ
Our daycare centers have a total of 72 places at three locations. They offer children with and without disabilities, from 3 months to kindergarten age, age- and needs-appropriate day care based on socio-pedagogical principles. We are looking for an open and cheerful personality for the Spielpark, Spielblock, and Spielberg daycare centers starting August 1st.
HOW?
The internship offers the opportunity to get to know the professional field as a childcare specialist. The internship lasts 12 months. Afterwards, you have the opportunity to complete the training as a Childcare Specialist EFZ with us. You will be accompanied by our daycare team and, of course, the internship supervision will support you.
- You support the care and promotion of children with and without disabilities.
- You take on tasks and responsibilities according to your training level.
- You regularly participate in personal guidance discussions as well as group and team meetings.
- You help with cross-departmental events.
- You contribute to order and cleanliness in the daycare centers.
