About the job

• Overall responsibility for selected areas in Group Finance such as consolidation, controlling, accounting, treasury, and insurance
• Ensuring compliance with international accounting standards (SwissGAAP FER)
• Overall responsibility for the financial processes and financial organization of the corporate group including international subsidiaries
• Close cooperation with banks, auditors, and supervisory bodies
• Implementation and assurance of transfer price regulations
• Ensuring an efficient internal control and governance structure

• Successfully completed studies in economics, finance, or comparable field
• Several years of leadership experience in the finance sector of international corporate groups in an industrial environment
• Solid knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER, corporate finance, SAP, treasury, and controlling
• Experience dealing with international companies/cultures
• Strategic thinking combined with operational implementation strength
• Fluent English skills; additional languages are an advantage
