Reservation Agent 80% - 100% (m/f/d)
Your daily work
- Competent handling and processing of reservations for the hotel, as well as for all F&B outlets and our spa, taking into account internal standards as well as LQA standards
- Creating offers, confirmations, and pro forma invoices for individual guests & groups
- Support and processing of group inquiries & organization of group stays
- Operation of the telephone switchboard and forwarding all incoming calls to the appropriate department
- Management & processing of the hotel's general email inbox
What we wish from you
- You have completed vocational training in the hotel industry or have corresponding professional experience in a similar position
- Very good language skills in German and English, French is an advantage
- Always ready to go the extra mile for our guests and exceed expectations
- Your working style is independent and structured; you are also characterized by your strong organizational and team-oriented personality
