As a working student in the Business Support area, you work in a team within Corporate Functions. You support the team with organizational and administrative tasks and gain valuable insights into strategic and operational topics at the group level. This way, you combine independent tasks with exciting insights into the management of an international corporate group.
Your area of responsibility
- Supporting the team in daily business as well as in administrative processes
- Organizing and accompanying meetings and workshops including minute-taking and follow-up of to-dos
- Creating, preparing, and quality-assuring presentations and documents for management meetings
- Checking and processing invoices as well as ensuring smooth operations in the back office
- Opportunity to actively participate in projects, depending on your interests and qualifications
Your strengths
- You are enrolled in a bachelor's degree program with an analytical or digital focus, for example in business, business informatics, or a comparable field.
- Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience in an office or project environment and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A structured, reliable, and independent working style as well as organizational talent and a high quality awareness characterize you.
- You handle numbers confidently, enjoy using digital tools in everyday work, and developing them further.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Teams, Copilot) is required.
- You have excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
