To leverage our extensive experience and expand Movis' leading position in the Swiss market, we are looking for a responsible individual for our digital immediate counseling area, starting immediately or by arrangement, as

Digital Counsellor 60% (Social Counseling / hybrid)

YOUR MISSION

• One-time digital counseling of employees of our client companies on operational, personal, health, financial, and integration-specific issues
• Internal and external case triage
• Case administration and reporting
• Support for the department head if needed, assistance in projects possible

YOUR SUPERPOWERS

• Completed studies in social work, psychology, or related humanities (FH / University)
• Broad counseling experience, preferably in digital and telephone counseling
• Fluent German and French skills (C2) mandatory, English and Italian skills advantageous
• Impeccable manners
• High resilience even in a fast-paced environment
• High IT affinity
• Proactive, independent, communicative, and decisive working style
• Established role awareness in the setting of various counseling services
