For an established and future-oriented company in the healthcare sector, we are seeking a committed individual as Junior Controller (m/f/d). In this newly created position, you will have the opportunity to actively help shape modern controlling instruments and sustainably further develop the company’s financial management.

Your tasks

• Participation in budgeting, forecasting and multi-year planning
  
• Preparation of reports and management evaluations for decision-makers
  
• Development and further enhancement of controlling processes and key figures
  
• Analysis of complex financial and operational data using modern BI tools
  
• Development of data models, ad-hoc analyses and financial simulations in Excel
  
• Support with cost and performance accounting as well as business analyses
  
• Collaboration in cross-departmental projects and optimisation of business processes
  

Your profile

• Completed studies (FH/University) in Finance, Accounting, Controlling or Business Administration
  
• Ideally 2 to 3 years of professional experience in controlling or finance and accounting
  
• Very good Excel skills and high IT affinity
  
• Experience with ERP systems and BI tools is an advantage
  
• Analytical, proactive and solution-oriented personality
  
• Enjoy questioning and further developing processes
