Team Leader Psychosocial Care

Your tasks
With your leadership skills and expertise, you will play a key role in the new development of a psychosocial care team. In addition to team leadership, you also take on case management and thus responsibility for all steps in the care process of your clients, based on RAI-HC needs assessments. Furthermore, you coach and advise other SPITEX employees and support them in problematic client situations. With empathy and patience, you advise relatives and other caregivers and guide them in supportive tasks. You understand how to actively collaborate with external specialists, doctors, and other services and represent the concerns of the clients.

Your profile

• Completed training as a certified nursing professional HF with a focus on psychiatry, PsyKP, or certified nursing professional HF with many years of experience in practical psychiatry 
• K-Number (Bepsy) available
• Leadership experience
• Several years of professional experience in Spitex organizations and completed InterRai CMH basic course are advantageous 
• Contemporary IT user skills
• Driver's license category B mandatory and preferably own car
