To strengthen our Civil Engineering Structures and Geotechnics team, we are looking for a Construction Manager for the Baar office, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Construction Manager* in the area of civil engineering structures and general civil engineering (80-100%)

In this role, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team that embodies the core values of our company: collaboration, passion for complex projects, and innovative spirit.

YOUR TASKS:

Taking over local construction management for exciting infrastructure projects in civil engineering and civil engineering structures
Responsibility for on-site supervision and coordination to ensure smooth and timely construction progress
Preparation of tender documents and specifications as an important basis for the awarding processes
Supporting project managers in project planning
Active contribution to the success of the projects

YOUR PROFILE:

Degree as a certified technician or construction manager
Several years of experience in a comparable position
Team-oriented, proactive personality with a high sense of responsibility
Preferably an independent working style
Ideally current work environment in the Central Switzerland area for easy collaboration
Very good German skills in spoken and written form. Good English skills. French skills are an advantage
