The Sarine Health Network is an association representing the 26 municipalities of the Sarine district and oversees four entities: The Medicalized Home, the Home Care and Orientation Directorate, the Coordination Center, and the Rescue Directorate. Today, more than 420 employees are committed daily to providing the elderly and patients with the best care and living conditions.
The Home Care and Assistance Service is immediately or upon agreement offering a position of:
YOUR TASKS
- Provide occupational therapy services at home to improve and maintain patients' autonomy
- Assess their social and physical environment as well as their action capacities
- Help and advise patients and their families (care, environment, auxiliary means, etc.)
- Coordinate measures and information exchanges with the network's various partners
- Organize, plan, and supervise the practical training of students and interns
- Participate in the billing process
- Work closely with internal and external partners
WE OFFER
YOUR PROFILE
- A recognized HES occupational therapist diploma by CRS
- A strong interest in community health and interdisciplinary collaborative work
- Very good adaptability, autonomy, and initiative
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
- A CAS as a trainer practitioner and/or experience in mental health is an asset
- Proficiency in common computer tools
- A driving license and a vehicle, essential
