About the job
Your Tasks
- Development of communication concepts for your areas of responsibility in collaboration with the communications management
- Creation of the annual topic planning together with the specialist departments
- Independent implementation of content in text, image, and video formats for internal and external channels including target group- and channel-appropriate publication
- Further development of social media activities (especially LinkedIn) regarding content formats, storytelling, and performance
- Briefing and management of external agencies while simultaneously working operationally
- Planning, organizing, and accompanying events such as investor meetings
- Monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating content as well as deriving targeted optimizations
- Close coordination with internal stakeholders and ensuring legal approvals
Your Profile
- Completed training or studies in communication, marketing, or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in marketing & communication and content creation, ideally in the B2B environment; industry knowledge in real estate is an advantage
- Enjoy creating content yourself – from strong texts to video formats
- Creativity, enthusiasm for innovation, and openness to try new things
- Willingness to continue education and stay professionally up to date
- Structured working style, initiative, and enjoyment of responsibility
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, good English skills
