Assembly Employee with Leadership Responsibilities (m/f/d), 100%

• Assemble and pack surface cleaners according to assembly drawings
• Ensure order processing within the set deadlines
• Internal material orders
• All-round activities within the entire assembly team
• Coordination and organization of the assembly group
• Leadership and allocation of two team members

• Manual skills as well as several years of experience in assembly
• First leadership experience is an advantage
• Good German skills in spoken and written form (C1)
• Physically fit (standing for long periods and heavy lifting)
• Independent, efficient and precise way of working
• High quality awareness and diligence
• High social competence, patience and perseverance
• Teamwork skills and joy in collaboration
