In order to strengthen our Care team at the Pré du Chêne Residence in Venthône, we are looking, immediately or to be agreed, for a

CRS Health Assistant

at 80-100%

Your main tasks:

you supervise and assist residents with daily living activities
you collaborate in the development and implementation of support projects for residents and their relatives
you create a warm and supportive environment for the well-being of residents
you contribute to the smooth running of the service and the team

Your profile:

you have completed training as a Red Cross health assistant or an equivalent qualification
you have at least one year of confirmed experience in a nursing home or similar facility
you have a clear interest in elderly people
you have a great capacity to adapt and are able to work within a multidisciplinary team
you are service-oriented and have good interpersonal skills
you have a good command of French (spoken and written)
