For our Wohnen Basis service, at our external residential home Bachweid in Baar, we are looking for a personality to start immediately or by arrangement as

• Deputy team leadership
• Accompanying, caring for, and supporting clients with cognitive or psychological impairments in the complex life design of the residential and leisure area
• Work as a contact person
• Implementing and applying the Agogik framework concept
• Collaboration with relatives, legal representatives, and external specialist agencies
• Contributing to a pleasant living environment through activities such as cooking, decorating, and keeping the premises clean
• Administrative tasks

• Training in social pedagogy HF/FH
• Willingness to work irregular hours and weekend shifts (no night shifts)
• On-call sleeping in a separate apartment with privacy
• Fluent oral and written expression in German
• Good PC user skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Driver's license category B

• 5 weeks of vacation up to 50 years old, then 6 weeks. Additionally, up to 4 weeks of vacation purchase possible
