We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a communicative and experienced personality as:
Head of MICE & Events 80 - 100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Strategic and conceptual development of the new business area "MICE & Events"
- Leadership and development of a team consisting of three MICE managers
- Development of innovative event and activity formats to position the destination as a leading event location in the Alps
- Planning, coordination, and operational implementation of events, including direct project management
- Independent acquisition, planning, and support of events as active, operational management
- Responsibility for budget, forecasting, and performance monitoring
- Ensuring first-class guest service and professional processes at all events
- Market observation, trend scouting, and further development of the offering strategy
What you bring with you
- Advanced technical college (HF) or bachelor's degree in tourism, hotel, or event management or
- Business education with a focus on marketing, sales, or event management
- Additional training in leadership, project management, or event organization
- Leadership experience in a similar position
- Very good German and English skills, any additional language is an advantage
