Health Specialist FaGe
Your tasks
- Individual care & support – With your expertise and empathy, you ensure that our clients are well cared for and feel comfortable in their daily lives.
- Co-coordination of the care process – You take co-responsibility for the care and support of your clients and coordinate the necessary measures together in consultation with the case manager to ensure the care process.
- Medical-technical measures – You apply your expertise specifically to ensure the quality of the procedures.
- Flexible deployment – You work flexibly, including evening and weekend shifts, to meet the diverse needs of the clients.
- Interdisciplinary collaboration – You work closely with the team and other professionals to ensure holistic care.
You bring with you
- Qualified training – Completed training as a Health Specialist (FaGe)
- Professional and social competence – Solid knowledge in care and support as well as pronounced social skills. Enjoyment in dealing with clients and their relatives.
- Digital affinity – Experience with Perigon is an advantage.
- Quality- and solution-oriented work – Networked thinking and responsible action in everyday work.
- Personal strengths – Open-minded, empathetic, flexible and resilient.
- Mobility – Driver's license category B and own car are an advantage.
