About the job
The WEIHERPARK Senior Center is an operation of the Steinhausen Retirement Settlement Foundation and is located in a prime location in the immediate vicinity of the Steinhausen village center. 12 apartments as well as an open living area for care and support and a protected living group for people with dementia offer a home for 52 elderly people. At the center of our efforts is the quality of life of our residents, as well as optimal fulfillment of individual care and support needs. With our diverse range of services, we are there for our residents around the clock.
We are looking for committed and motivated employees who would like to enrich our team:
Your tasks:
- Care and support of our residents according to the care plan
- Care documentation according to competencies and authorizations
- Assistance with the daily activities of our residents
- Close collaboration in the interdisciplinary team
You bring with you:
- A completed training as an SRK nursing assistant
- Enjoyment in working with elderly people and a respectful attitude
- Teamwork skills, resilience, and a sense of responsibility
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form (B2)
