Plant and Equipment Builder – Aluminum Welder
Activities
- You weld individual parts, prototypes, and assemblies made of aluminum and aluminum alloys according to technical drawings.
- You check the dimensional accuracy of your work and pay attention to the correct handling of heat input, distortion, and oxide layers.
- You independently carry out quality checks of the welds.
- You take care of the maintenance and care of the welding equipment as well as the tools.
Requirements
- You have several years of experience as a welder and have solid knowledge in TIG and MIG welding.
- You are familiar with aluminum alloys such as AlMg and AlSi as well as their pre- and post-treatment and distortion control.
- You can confidently read technical drawings and isometrics and understand the common standards in the welding field (e.g., EN ISO 3834 or ASME).
- Welder certifications are an advantage but not mandatory.
- You work independently, reliably, and with a high quality awareness.
- Good German language skills complete your profile.
