Accounting Clerk Freight Forwarding 70 – 80% (m/f/d)
WHAT AWAITS YOU
- Maintenance of creditor accounts and master data
- Control / posting of interface incoming invoices
- Checking and reconciling freight forwarding and partner accounts
- Processing incoming payments
- Preparing and initiating payments to freight forwarders
- Posting outgoing payments as well as cancellations
- Various administrative tasks (e.g. sending account statements, filing invoices, payment receipts, correspondence, list of open items, etc.)
- Participation in the targeted implementation of the department's target processes with the goals of highest quality, maximum customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency
- Implementing central guidelines, legal regulations, and quality standards
