For our 5-member team in the Telemarketing department, we are looking for 1 Project Consultant (m/f/d) Sales Internal Service at our company location in Rheinbreitbach (near Cologne, Bonn, Siegburg, Sankt Augustin, Hennef, Koblenz). You will work closely with our marketing department and our sales team in the field.
- Your main task is to conduct telephone conversations with decision-makers to identify and activate needs.
- You will take care of our existing customers and further develop our database. In doing so, you will maintain long-term customer relationships and recognize their needs.
- Conducting targeted marketing campaigns for acquiring new customers is also part of your responsibilities.
- You will also reactivate former customers with the aim of rekindling the interest of potential customers and generating appointments for our field sales team.
- You will use our CRM tools for structured documentation and maintenance of all activities.

- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Technical understanding is an advantage: you have a basic understanding of technical contexts and can convey technical information understandably
- You are proficient in using CRM systems and have very good MS Office skills
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Organizational talent, structured and solution-oriented working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Team spirit and strong communication skills - especially in interface work.
