• You advise the client and property management on complex technical construction issues
• You take on the management of technically demanding projects as overall project manager or client representative across all SIA phases
• You actively shape the decarbonization of properties through the targeted use of sustainable technologies
• You coordinate and lead cross-departmental tasks between users, operators, contractors, and owners
• You are responsible for costs, deadlines, and quality throughout the entire project duration
• You work closely with architects, planners, and authorities and implement projects efficiently
• You conduct tendering procedures, negotiate professionally, and are responsible for the awarding processes

• You have completed a technical construction education as well as further training in the HVAC field as a HF technician or FH engineer
• You bring several years of experience in managing construction projects and have at least three years of experience in the HVAC, MSRL, or electrical specialist area
• You competently advise clients in the areas of sustainability and energy – from the concept phase to commissioning
• You work solution-oriented, demonstrate a strong technical understanding, and take responsibility
• You are flexible, independent, reliable, and communicative, even when managing multiple projects simultaneously
• You convince through organizational skills, a neat appearance, and a service-oriented demeanor
• You communicate clearly and confidently in German; French and English are an advantage
