For 49 years, we have developed leading in-vitro diagnostic products (IVD) that hospitals and private medical laboratories trust worldwide. We employ over 150 staff, 140 of whom are in Schönenbuch. To strengthen our team in the area of Logistics & Administration, we are looking for a committed personality as Logistics Dispatcher (m/f/d) 100% immediately or by agreement. In this operational role, you will process international orders, coordinate shipping processes, and ensure quality and order in logistics handling. You report directly to the Head Dispatch and are part of our Logistics & Administration department. Your tasks - Your opportunity - Processing incoming orders from our national and international customers - from entry to invoicing

Creation of shipping, customs, and freight documents including delivery notes
Correspondence with customers and transport partners
Monitoring deadlines and proactive communication in case of deviations
Management of customer master data (addresses, prices, discounts)
Coordination and monitoring of transports domestically and internationally (land and air freight)
Control of incoming transport invoices
Processing of returns, complaints, and special orders
Communication with freight forwarders, parcel services, and internal departments
Participation in the optimization of processes in logistics and order processing Your profile - What you bring
Completed commercial training (KV or business school)
Fluent German and very good English skills (C1) in spoken and written form
Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel, Outlook), experience with Microsoft Business Central is an advantage
Structured, independent, and careful working style
First experience in team coordination or a desire to take on responsibility in the medium term is an advantage
Enjoyment of coordination, organization, and customer contact
Team spirit, resilience, and flexibility in a dynamic environment
Experience in export business and customs formalities is an advantage
