Clerk Energy Billing (50%)

Your main tasks

• You invoice electricity and water consumption as well as services and prepare the invoice for our customers.
• You maintain and update customer and contract master data, e.g. tenant/owner changes.
• You support the recording and quality assurance of customer, system, and meter data.
• You are the contact person for our customers and handle inquiries by phone and email.
• You support us in the further development and digitization of billing processes, contribute ideas, and implement them independently.

You bring with you

• Commercial training EFZ.
• Talent, joy, and experience in dealing with customers.
• Confident German in spoken and written form.
• Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel.
• Experience with Abacus and innosolv-energy is an advantage.
• Structured, independent, and reliable way of working.

Infrastruktur Zürichsee AG (iNFRA) is the utility company for the municipalities of Meilen and Uetikon am See. It takes care of the core business of electricity and water supply for over 20,000 inhabitants. iNFRA is also a solution provider for decentralized production, control, and storage of electricity. In addition, it offers services in the field of solar systems, e-charging stations, energy consulting, and billing solutions. iNFRA employs around 45 people.
