Your advantages
- Perspective: A great scope for creativity to advance your area of work as well as our successfully growing company with your innovative ideas and impulses. We work family-oriented and offer individual maternity care in a clinic with an attached children's hospital. Work is done in our delivery room in a three-shift system (early-late-night) without on-call duty. Each shift is staffed with at least two qualified midwives to provide the best and conscientious care for around 1100 births per year. In everyday work, we are actively supported by our ward assistants and our delivery room secretary. We are very pleased about your participation in our parent school in the form of courses.
- Community: A multiprofessional and very committed team that actively supports you and cooperation in a modern, future-oriented clinic with flat hierarchies. Our family-like relationship extends far beyond working hours and is strengthened by regular leisure activities. You work independently, are empathetic and motivated – then apply with us and get to know us personally. We are very much looking forward to you!
- Good start: A structured onboarding concept as well as regular feedback discussions.
- Knowledge flow: Both through internal and external training and further education opportunities as well as conveniently from home via our electronic specialist library – with us, you never stop learning!
