You are an experienced leader; CEO, Managing Director, Plant Manager or Operation/Production Manager with a high integrative team player character, foresight, and openness to the world.

You have several years of experience managing larger production sites of electro-mechanical components or related industries
You are used to modernizing units and bringing them up to the latest manufacturing technologies to be technologically leading in international competition
You convince with practical know-how regarding productivity and efficiency improvement measures, "make-or-buy" decision-making, as well as turnaround experience is an advantage
You are inspiring, trust-building, and possess intercultural leadership competence
You have a strong affinity for Asian culture

You are responsible for the direct leadership and development of the largest production site of this family business, with 600 motivated employees.

How you start, what we expect

After onboarding at the headquarters in Switzerland, you analyze your production site on location in Bangkok based on the strategic and operational group goals.

Subsequently, in close coordination with the management team at HQ, you set the goals for the future development of your location and implement the measures with your leadership team on site in a targeted manner.
You act independently locally with your team, optimally integrate your location into the global manufacturing processes, and contribute significantly to the group's decision-making.
You ensure that your leadership team and organization on site have the necessary operational implementation skills and leadership competencies.
