Controller (m/f/d)
For our finance team, we are looking for a committed and assertive personality:
Your area of responsibility includes:
- Business planning, monitoring, and analysis of customer projects (from offer to billing) in close cooperation with sales and production planning
- Margin analysis: preliminary and final costing
- Coordination of planning as well as budgeting of sales and variable costs
- Sparring partner for sales management
- Participation in monthly and annual financial statements
- Significant involvement in ERP implementation
- Independent management of projects
You bring with you:
- Higher business education with a focus on controlling
- Experience as a controller, preferably in a production company
- Willingness to pitch in within a small team
- High IT affinity
- Proactive, solution-oriented, communicative, and convincing personality
- Enjoyment in optimizing processes and workflows
- Fluent German and very good English skills
- An impeccable reputation
