Private Care AG is a dynamic, future-oriented company offering private care services in the cantons of Aargau, Zurich, St. Gallen, Zug, Schwyz, Solothurn, and Schaffhausen, as well as placing specialized professionals from nursing and healthcare in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.

For our client, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a responsible and empathetic Care Specialist 80-100% with experience in caring for people with disabilities.

• Accompanying and supporting 17 residents with cognitive and physical disabilities in two residential groups
• Individual care in the educational and nursing area
• Co-creating a varied daily and leisure program
• Participation in the internal day care center
• Promoting independence and self-determination of the residents
• Resource-oriented work – each person is perceived in their uniqueness and abilities
• Active participation in a committed and appreciative team

• Completed training as FaBe (Care specialization), FaGe or social pedagogical training
• Professional experience in supporting people with cognitive impairments is an advantage
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Physical and mental resilience
• Good PC user skills (MS Office), driving license is an advantage
