About the job
You lead a team of about 10 employees and are responsible for the approval and supervision of the self-regulatory and supervisory organizations recognized by FINMA.
Main tasks
- Personnel and professional leadership of the bilingual team (DE/FR)
- Responsible for the supervision of the self-regulatory and supervisory organizations
- Ensuring flawless and comprehensible documentation of supervisory activities
- Targeted communication with the supervised entities as well as internal and external stakeholders
- Compliance with and further development of internal processes
Profile
- University degree in an economic or legal field at a Swiss university, ideally with further training as a Certified Public Accountant or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
- At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in the financial sector in the areas of anti-money laundering, financial supervision, compliance or auditing
- Strong conceptual, analytical and communication skills
- You are characterized by a quick grasp as well as high planning and organizational talent
- Fluency in written and oral communication with the supervised entities, as well as pragmatism and persuasiveness are among your strengths
- Very good German skills (C2) and French skills (C2), as well as good English skills (B2).
