Your tasks are varied and meaningful: e You support our residents with everyday tasks and basic care e You also contribute your energy to housekeeping tasks e You give our residents attention, recognize and respect their needs, and have an open ear and heart for them e You actively shape everyday life by accompanying group activities e You contribute your ideas and knowledge to the team - whether in care reports, meetings, or
training sessions
Here is what we expect from you:
A completed training as a Nursing Assistant SRK or the willingness to complete it
Enjoyment in dealing with elderly people and respect for their personality
Initiative, responsibility, and reliability
Empathy, humor, and team spirit
Openness to new things and flexibility
