In the outbound team of mobilezone, you support TalkTalk in the active care and retention of our existing customers. You bring your passion for sales, your joy of calling, as well as your communicative and team-oriented personality.

Very good French skills in spoken and written form are mandatory; Italian and/or German skills are an advantage. You are familiar with Word and Outlook. Ideally, you have completed vocational training in retail and have initial experience in customer contact or sales.

You think ahead, work solution-oriented, and appreciate an environment that combines professionalism with a touch of casualness.

You take on the following tasks:

Telephone support of our existing customers regarding TalkTalk products & services
Active outbound calling for customer retention (no cold calling)
Support with administrative tasks in the customer service area
