gaw is a non-profit organization and has stood since 1987 for professional and sustainable work and housing integration for people with mainly psychological impairments in the Basel region. A diverse team of around 100 professionals contributes in the areas of retail/production, gastronomy, housekeeping, packaging and shipping, commercial professions as well as housing with around 230 supported work and training places and 35 partially supervised housing places.

Gelati Gasparini has been part of gaw for over 20 years. The regional and emerging ice cream manufactory based in Münchenstein (BL) combines artisanal tradition with contemporary innovation. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an all-rounder as a driver from 01.03.2026 or by arrangement.

Your tasks - versatile & meaningful

• Preparing and delivering the ice creams to our customers in the cantons BS/BL/AG/SO
• Delivery and collection of freezers (including for customers, events including setup and dismantling on site)
• Loading the vehicles (3.5t)
• Assisting with tasks such as repairs, event preparations, cleaning, etc.
• Driving service for gaw housekeeping in the winter months
• Correct and courteous behavior in road traffic and towards customers

Your profile - professionally competent & personally committed

• Driver category B with professional experience in delivery and very good local knowledge
• Representative personality with a high customer orientation
• Precise work according to specifications
• Physically resilient and in good condition (including work in the deep-freeze warehouse)
• Language Swiss German or very good German skills
• Experience with 3.5t vehicles
• Manual skills
• You keep your humor and overview even in hectic situations
