In child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy (KJPP) in Männedorf, children aged 5 to 15 with mental disorders are treated and cared for on two wards and a day clinic by an interdisciplinary team in a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic and milieu-therapeutically oriented setting. The Center for Child Psychiatry "Brüschhalde" at the Männedorf location has a modern infrastructure with a generously designed outdoor area. It is located in a recreational area between the Pfannenstiel region and Lake Zurich.
The treatment offer for our young patients includes a ward for short interventions and therapies and three psychotherapy wards with different treatment focuses. Each ward has eight treatment places available.
For our children's ward in Männedorf, we are looking for a
Your tasks
- Delegative leadership in professional, organizational, and personnel matters
- Ensuring pedagogical and nursing care oriented to best practice and ethical-moral aspects
- Designing a resource-promoting milieu-therapeutic treatment setting
- Implementation of the nursing process in the reference person system
- Support in crisis situations
- Active participation in intensive interprofessional collaboration
Your profile
- You see our children at the center of your work
- Completed professional training in nursing HF/FH or social pedagogy HF/FH (recognition certificate for foreign degrees)
- Professional experience in psychiatric or socio-pedagogical child and/or adolescent care as well as initial leadership experience is an advantage
- You are used to working independently, taking responsibility, and making decisions
