Training Development Manager

As the HRM competence center of the Graubünden Cantonal Police, we develop innovative training offers and future-oriented learning strategies. We ensure that key topics are planned, developed, and implemented with foresight, according to our motto: «We work for the police because it fits our life.»
To develop our analog and digital training offer, we are looking for an innovative person with a winning personality as training development manager starting on a date to be agreed.
Tasks
- Planning, implementation, and continuous development of the internal and external continuing education offer of the Graubünden Cantonal Police
- Ensuring smooth administrative processes for all continuing education offers
- Development and management of analog and digital learning offers, including a learning management system (LMS)
- Development and management of digital continuing education formats
- Creation of interactive learning offers with authoring tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate or similar)
- Independent development and implementation of e-learning
- Application of modern learning strategies (e.g., blended learning, microlearning, digital learning formats)
- Quality assurance, training control, and reporting in the area of learning and development
- Didactic and methodological elaboration of teaching content in close cooperation with specialized services and experts
- Evaluation and continuous improvement of existing learning offers
- Support for teachers in the methodological and didactic preparation of lessons
- Specialist advice and support for managers and employees on continuing education and personnel development issues
- Conducting internal audits in the continuing education sector
- Employment as a teacher in internal continuing education
- Collaboration on HRM and training projects as well as implementation of the HRM strategy
What we expect from you
- Completed professional training in adult education or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in learning management, ideally with leadership experience
- Specialist knowledge in the development and implementation of teaching formats both analog and digital
- Experience in creating e-learning
- Creativity and sensitivity to modern learning trends as well as an appropriate approach to the target group
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working method
- Strong social and communication skills as well as the ability to work in a team
- Affinity with digital technologies, photography, and image editing (e.g., media technology, illustrations) or willingness to acquire such skills;
- Solid knowledge in the use of learning management systems (LMS)
- High organizational skills as well as self-confidence and assertiveness
- Flexibility and willingness for continuing education
- Innovative attitude and openness to new learning technologies
