Responsibilities
Your playing field:
With us, you actively shape the social future of Oberägeri. This means specifically:
- You lead and coordinate pioneering projects such as the construction of the care center, ensuring basic medical care, or the transfer of the management of the Breiten Center and ensure their timely achievement of goals
- You work within the politically defined framework with various internal and external players – from specialist departments to external consultants to political decision-makers
- You initiate projects in the social sector and develop new ideas for building community work for a strong togetherness
- You think networked, act solution-oriented, and take responsibility where it is needed
Expectations
What you bring:
- A completed degree in health care / aging (level university of applied sciences)
- Further training in project management (e.g. CAS)
- Experience in the social profession and in leading projects
- Proficient with computers – and in dealing with people
- Independent work suits you, but teamwork does too
