The Humanitas Elderly Care Home (APH) in the Rauracher district serves as a meeting point for residents, relatives, guests, and around 152 employees, and holds an important position in the south of Riehen with its seminar rooms, the public restaurant «Rosis Garten», and much more. In five different business areas, we offer care, support, and assistance to 111 elderly people.

Activation Specialist HF

Requirements:
- Completed training in everyday activation or activation therapy (HF)
- Enjoyment in working with elderly people
- Open and team-oriented personality
- Recognition and promotion of the mental, physical, social, and emotional abilities and needs of our residents
- Creative, versatile, and willing to take unconventional paths
- Participation in projects and working groups
- Committed, resilient, and flexible
- Enjoyment in working with elderly people
- Humor, solution orientation, and passion complete your profile
- Confident in German language, both spoken and written
- IT user skills are present
Tasks:
- Professional, modern activation
- Independent and careful working style
- Collaboration in planning and conducting excursions, celebrations, and sociocultural events in the area of activation
