- Management and administration of condominium owner associations
- Chairing including minute-taking at meetings
- Commercial and technical management of rental properties
- Re-renting including apartment viewings and lease negotiations
- Acceptance and handover of rental premises
- Organization of regular maintenance, renovations, and conversions
- Several years of experience in managing condominium and rental properties
- Ideally real estate-specific training
- Leadership experience
- Winning, communicative personality with confident appearance
- Enjoyment in dealing with people
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Good PC user skills
- Independent and conscientious working style and high service orientation
