CERTIFIED NURSE SPECIALIST (40 –100%) SPITEX WITH CASE MANAGEMENT
What you will achieve with us:
• You manage the care and support process
• You conduct assessment and consultation interviews
• You support and advise clients with complex care situations
• You coach employees and trainees on professional matters
• You keep an eye on quality standards and further develop them
What you bring:
• Qualification as a certified nurse specialist HF/FH
• High social competence, flexibility, and resilience
• Quality awareness, organizational skills, a winning appearance, and an appreciative, empathetic basic attitude
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Good PC user skills (RAI-HC knowledge is an advantage)
• Driver's license
