We are an independent full-service online agency based in Zurich. With our interdisciplinary team of around 30 people, we realize sustainable projects along the entire value chain – from consulting, through creation to implementation with subsequent operation. We are specialists in social media marketing, online marketing, and websites & apps. For more than 15 years, we have been successfully working for clients such as Bio Suisse, Cenovis, Hyundai, Zurich Cantonal Police, Swiss Farmers' Association, Pro Senectute, Schwyzer Kantonalbank, Hotellerie Suisse, ZVV – and many others.

We are looking for a motivated, team-oriented, and interested personality as a Web Project Manager (80-100%), Zurich, to start immediately or by arrangement.

WHAT YOU DO

• Independently lead website and app projects
• Act as an interface between client and team
• Coordinate creation and programming
• Conceptualize websites in workshops together with the client and consultants
• Participate in pitches
• Coordinate and prioritize customer requests in ongoing maintenance projects
• Analyze websites (GA4) and provide suggestions for optimization (SEO, UX)
• Fill WordPress websites and build pages in the CMS with the Gutenberg editor
• Set up and configure web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
• Prepare and conduct CMS training sessions
• Initiate, execute, and invoice projects

WHAT YOU BRING

• Flexible and resilient project management and coordination talent with an independent, analytical, and precise working style
• You have energy and also enjoy digital topics, especially websites & apps, among others
• At least 1-2 years of professional experience, ideally on the agency side
• Technical knowledge: CMS/WordPress experience. HTML/JavaScript knowledge is an advantage
• SEO and UX knowledge is an advantage
• High service awareness and resilience – even in hectic situations, you remain pragmatic and professional and are not afraid to take responsibility and lead projects independently
• Completed studies (Bachelor or Master), preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communication, or media technician apprenticeship (or similar) with subsequent further training
• You are reliable, efficient, analytical, and precise
• You speak fluent German – French and English are an advantage
