The Enterprise Architecture & IT Governance department is responsible to enable strategic development and implementation of technology architectures to align IT with business goals while promoting a lean IT Governance. The department is in the IT area of Architecture, Governance & Security and its head is a direct report of the Area Head.
The ideal candidate has strong understating of both business and IT strategy, as well the ability to lead and influence team to adopt new ways of working.
As Head Enterprise Architecture & IT Governance, you lead a department of 10+ employees and work closely with the Area Head, the CIO and the whole IT organization.
- Promoting the IT Strategy providing a solid foundation to its execution with lean IT Governance and Enterprise Architecture practices.
- Establish, enforce and monitor architectural principles and IT standards based on the IT Strategy, managing compliance and risk.
- Drive the development of roadmaps for key initiatives, such as cloud migration, legacy system modernization, and the adoption of emerging technologies.
- Work closely with senior leadership to translate business vision into effective technology blueprints and influence key technology decisions.
- Enable coherent innovation and improve automation across SIX services and processes, by identifying model process/ services to be automated, opportunities in the current tech stack, and developing a transformation roadmap by consulting stakeholders in projects.
- 15+ years of experience in architecture roles with line management responsibility
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities and change management skills - Strong communication (fluent in English, German / Spanish is a plus) and negotiation skills, towards IT and non-IT audiences, including at C-level
- Understanding of digital technologies and their impact on business
