Project Manager in Construction and Energy Management

Ensure the planning, coordination, and execution of renovation and transformation projects, in collaboration with internal and external specialized services
Develop general construction concepts, including strategies, preliminary projects, and studies
Develop and implement high-quality individual solutions aimed at reducing the energy consumption of buildings and improving energy efficiency
Guarantee and monitor the implementation of objectives in terms of costs, quality, and deadlines
Guarantee and monitor energy target agreements with the Swiss Confederation
Prepare energy reports and analyze consumption variations
University or ETH degree in Architecture or Engineering or technical basic training followed by continuing education as an Architect or ES Engineer
Proven experience in the realization of complex building infrastructure projects
Expertise in energy solutions and resource optimization
French, fluent in spoken and written
German, fluent in spoken and ideally written
English is an asset
