After a thorough training phase, you will support our Global Service as
Sales Engineer After Sales (m/f/d | 100%) with approx. 30% travel activity
Exciting, challenging, and varied - your tasks
- Technical consulting and support of our international customers in the after-sales area – both remotely and on-site (approx. 30% travel activity)
- Preparation of offers for spare parts, service deployments, modernizations, and retrofit solutions in close cooperation with our regional sales and service organizations
- Analysis of customer requirements as well as identification and specification of required spare parts
- Sales and active marketing of services, spare parts, and modernization packages
- Creation of clearly structured spare parts lists and support of our customers in parts identification
- Project management and responsibility for the implementation of customer-specific retrofit and modernization projects
- Close coordination with internal departments such as engineering, purchasing, and production to ensure efficient project execution
- Identification of market and product potentials as well as feedback of improvement ideas for the further development of our product and after-sales portfolio
Passionate about technical support - your profile
- Completed technical training, ideally technician, HF or FH in mechanical engineering/electrical engineering
- Experience in sales of technical products
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style with high personal responsibility
- Strong communication skills, customer-oriented demeanor, and solution-oriented thinking
- Confident understanding of mechanics, kinematics, and technical contexts
- Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Willingness to travel up to 30% and enjoyment of direct customer contact
- Enthusiasm for technology, service orientation, and a pragmatic, "hands-on" mentality
