About the job

The Department of Aging and Care of the City of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services for the population of Winterthur in the five senior centers as well as with Spitex. For our residential group in the Adlergarten Senior Center, which provides a well-maintained home for 160 residents, we are looking for an honest, open-minded, and cheerful professional starting April 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

Your Tasks

Person-centered care and support of our residents within the key worker system

Daily life design including planning, organization, implementation, delegation, and evaluation of activities

Work in early, late, and night shifts

Your Profile

Health Specialist EFZ or equivalent SRK recognition

Independent, resilient, and responsible personality

Enjoyment of varied workdays

Good PC user skills

Very good oral and written German skills
