Work Educator / Group Leader Commercial Department

Manufacturing / Production | Lucerne | 80% | from 01.04.2026 or by arrangement

Your tasks

Professional support and promotion of people with psychological and/or physical disabilities
Responsibility for the smooth processing and monitoring of internal and external customer orders in the commercial area of activity
Training of apprentices in the commercial profession with the central goal of integration into the open labor market
Creating training and assessment materials as well as participating in the preparation of reports
Taking on additional tasks depending on resources and suitability

Your profile

Commercial or comparable training as well as several years of commercial professional experience
Completed work educator training or willingness to complete it
Experience in training commercial apprentices is an advantage
Very good Microsoft 365 skills (e.g., Teams)
Empathy and joy in supporting and accompanying people with disabilities
Resilient, open, and team-oriented personality
Direct, communicative with a positive attitude
Process-oriented, structured work with organizational flair
