About the offer
Your mission:
Ensure reliable and predictable financial management: quarterly and annual closings met, solid SCI, accounting and regulatory compliance, simplified and digitized processes, and controlled consolidation of group companies (parent company and subsidiaries).
Your responsibilities:
- Closings: maintain the retro-planning, milestones, and quality of deliverables (quarterly / annual).
- SCI: implement, document, and enforce controls (procedures, checklists, evidence).
- Documentation & audit: prepare complete files in accordance with auditors' expectations and follow recommendations.
- Accounting compliance: ensure compliance with Swiss GAAP RPC and internal and external compliance requirements.
- Group consolidation: produce consolidated accounts (scope, methods, adjustments, intragroup eliminations, scope variations, minority interests) and manage the reporting/validation schedule.
- Group companies' taxation: manage declarations, tax calculations and installments, handle exchanges with authorities and tax advisors; ensure VAT consistency and intragroup operations.
- Analytics (REKOLE®): ensure consistency of keys and costs by BU/service and reconciliations between general and analytical accounting, in close connection with management control.
- Budgets & forecasts: manage the consolidated budget (integration, consistency, traceability); coordinate timing and methods with management control, including analytical accounting, which develops BU budgets with the business units and produces variance analyses.
- Medical fees (monthly): supervise and control the process (schedule, controls, justification, publication).
- Regulatory reporting: ensure quality and submission of SPiGes and Vaud State reports.
- Continuous improvement: simplify and digitize processes (purchasing-supplier invoices, billing-collection, fixed assets).
- Performance monitoring: develop concise and reliable dashboards for reviews.

Your profile:
- Management: proven managerial experience (coordination of multidisciplinary teams) and ongoing management training.
- Experience: 7–10 years in Switzerland in accounting/controlling with responsibility for closings, group consolidation, and auditor relations.
- References: Swiss GAAP RPC, REKOLE®, SCI and internal controls; practice in corporate taxation (Swiss SA) and VAT.
- Tools: ERP Opale, advanced Excel; BI (Tableau / Power BI) appreciated.
- Qualities: rigor and reliability, empowering leadership (clear framework, autonomy of specialists, cooperation), sense of simplification and execution.

Your diploma / training:
Federal diploma of Expert in Finance and Controlling required (or equivalent).
