Responsibilities

As a Junior Accountant, your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Managing accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Performing bank reconciliations and monitoring cash flow.
• Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensuring compliance with Swiss accounting standards and regulations.
• Collaborating with the finance team to improve processes and efficiency.
• Handling ad hoc accounting tasks as required.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Swiss accounting principles and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of German or French is a plus.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
