What we are looking for
You have experience in healthcare and/or customer consulting. Perhaps you originally trained in the fields of drugstore/pharmacy or as a nursing assistant? Career changers who are motivated to deeply engage with compression care for venous and lymphatic complaints are also welcome. You enjoy direct customer contact and have no fear of contact. Digitalization, IT, tablets, etc. are not foreign words to you. You have a driver's license and can be deployed flexibly.
Your area of responsibility
You competently and empathetically advise our customers, ensuring they are properly cared for. The main focus is on advising and selling circular and flat-knit compression stockings. You take care of your customers both in the Winterthur store and externally in various institutions. You maintain and expand the network with physiotherapists and doctors.
Furthermore, you are part of the reception team, welcoming our customers, recording their needs, advising them, and scheduling appointments.
