- You review and carry out recourse claims according to agreements and legal regulations in German, especially in the property and technical insurance sectors
- You negotiate purposefully and conduct not only daily negotiations but also collective recourse meetings with other companies
- You enjoy modern recourse detection and processing and actively participate in recourse projects
- You independently conduct training on recourse topics and prepare professional content focusing on recourse issues.
- You contribute to the creation and revision of internal instructions and work aids
- You engage in projects and working groups from both a professional and legal perspective
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- You preferably have successfully completed a law degree or have a career in insurance with several years of experience in complex claims, lawyer's license and experience in claims handling are advantageous
- You have solid knowledge of liability and recourse law in property damage
- You enjoy negotiating with insurers and other parties and have assertiveness
- You have excellent German and good French skills, knowledge of English is an advantage
- You are a team player and characterized by high social competence
