Co-educator FABE 40-100% as a Substitute

We are looking for a co-educator with experience for a 40-100% position starting immediately or by arrangement. The workplace will be at one of our other locations (Wangen bei Olten, Zofingen, or Trimbach) as a substitute, depending on need.

We care for children from 3 months to school age and work in friendly, open spaces according to the educational concepts of elmar and Purzelbaum. The Sternekita is a certified quality daycare.

Responsibilities:

• Support and represent the group leader in management, planning, coordination, and administration
• Co-responsible for the implementation and monitoring of our educational concepts elmar and Purzelbaum
• Leading the children's group
• Maintaining contact with children and parents
• Assisting with household management and gardening

Requirements:

• Completed training as a childcare specialist (specialization in children)
• Experience as a co-educator
• Good expression skills in German and good PC knowledge
• High motivation and team orientation
• Driver's license

You are flexible, have initiative, and possess strong communication skills. You are a strong, open, and likable personality. You are resilient and maintain an overview even in hectic situations.
