Office for Culture | Bündner Kunstmuseum | 80% | Chur
We are looking for a Registrar for the Bündner Kunstmuseum in the Office for Culture starting January 1, 2026, or by agreement.
Your area of responsibility
- Creating loan agreements for incoming and outgoing loans
- Planning and organizing international art transports
- Ensuring insurance for incoming and outgoing loans
- Obtaining quotes and budget control for transports and insurance
- Planning and coordinating exhibition setup and dismantling
- Correspondence with lenders, artists, museums, and galleries
What we expect from you
- You have a completed university degree
- You have training in museology or professional experience in project planning with a museum focus (museum or gallery)
- You have experience organizing national and international art transports
- You have good Office skills
- You have a high level of responsibility and organizational skills
- You have good written and spoken foreign language skills in English, French, and Italian
