The Kehl Retirement Home offers older people an individual living, care and support service in the areas of long-term care with 68 places and assisted living with 72 apartments (in-house Spitex). The rights of the residents are of central importance to us. These define our endeavour to offer residents as much scope for self-determination as possible.

You bring with you

• A completed training in nursing HF, DN II, or DN I or FaGe 
• Professional competence in the care and support of elderly people
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Openness to new things, resilience, social skills and a sense of responsibility
• Experience and motivation to support learning FaGe and AGS in the learning process 
• Patience, friendliness and empathy for elderly people 
• Experience with the RAI NH instrument is an advantage
